Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
Welcome to our website. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
We provide mobile notary services, loan signing services (where applicable), I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, and other related services as permitted by Arizona law.
A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or explain the legal effect of documents unless otherwise authorized by law.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by email or text message.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, travel fees, or other charges authorized under these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification that complies with applicable Arizona notary laws.
If satisfactory identification cannot be provided, the notarization cannot be completed, and applicable service fees, cancellation fees, or travel fees may still apply.
4. Signer Requirements
All signers must:
• Be physically present at the time of notarization unless otherwise permitted by law.
• Be willing to sign voluntarily.
• Appear aware and capable of understanding the document being signed.
• Bring all required documents to the appointment.
• Provide any required witnesses unless arrangements have been made in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements for notarization are not met.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees include applicable notarial fees, travel fees, convenience fees (if applicable), and any additional agreed-upon charges.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, Stripe, and Zelle.
6. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Card on File
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment.
Appointments canceled less than two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to the card on file.
If the notary has already traveled to the appointment location before receiving notice of cancellation, applicable travel fees may also be charged.
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, along with any applicable travel fees, to the credit or debit card on file.
If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing identification, missing required signers, missing witnesses, incomplete documents, incorrect information, or the client being unprepared for the appointment, applicable service fees and travel fees may apply.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize us to charge the credit or debit card on file for applicable cancellation fees, no-show charges, travel fees, and other authorized charges in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Travel Services
Travel fees are based on the appointment location and are disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Additional fees may apply for appointments outside our standard service area, after-hours appointments, weekends, holidays, or special requests.
8. No Legal Advice
We do not provide legal advice, select forms, complete legal documents on your behalf, or determine whether a document is appropriate for your situation.
If you require legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, document errors, refusal of documents by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Privacy
Information collected for scheduling and providing services is used only to complete your appointment, communicate with you, process payments, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
